Everybody loves freebies, and nobody loves free more than photographers. Photography is not a cheap hobby. The lenses, the camera body, the editing software…I could go on and on. That’s why I always get so giddy when I find some great photography freebies. Most of the time, I end up buying the product if the sample is good enough.

Just to be clear, I do not have any connections with the awesome brands mentioned in this post. I just love them, and I want to share that love with other photographers who may not have heard of them. Let’s see what awesome photography freebies I’ve found, shall we?
If you read my post about the Post Processing Tools that I Can’t Live Without, you know that Greater Than Gatsby is one of my favorites. Their actions are stunning, and they really can make an image shine. They are easy to use and a huge time save.
The Greater Than Gatsby freebie is very generous. It has a free action from all of the current collections, and it is just a small taste of what these babies can do. It’s definitely worth checking out at the very least.
I just recently found out about these Photoshop brushes, and I am impressed! These nifty little brushes allow you to add colors to your white blown out skies. They add that little extra pizzazz to your images. Plus, they are super easy to use. Definitely easier than trying to “naturally” add a sky in during post processing. A complete Photoshop newbie could do it.Photography isn't cheap. We need freebies! Click To Tweet
I also recently download this little Photoshop actions set. I re-edited some of my fall sessions, and these were killer. I wish that I would have had them then!
These babies are great for adding a warm tone to your images that really bring out that fall feel. I love warm editing so these are perfect for me!
This gem was also on my Post Processing Tools I Can’t Live Without list. I use the Sublime texture on pretty much every image that I’ve ever edited.
This texture is great for pulling out color from an image and adding a nice vignette. If you get any of the photography freebies on this list, this would be the one to get!
In my opinion, Phlearn should really charge for this action. Not that I am complaining!
Frequency Separation, for those who don’t know, is a way of retouching a subject’s skin while still leaving details behind. Say goodbye to all that plastic skin! People want to see something a little more natural.
While you can watch the tutorial on how to do Frequency Separation yourself, Phlearn has gone the extra mile to give it out as one of their photography freebies. Why do the work yourself when in one click you are ready to go?
Is there any other awesome photography freebies that you want to share? Make sure to tell us about it in the comments!
